Product Name: Youdanbao – Single Feed Yeast Culture
Fermentation Substrates: Wheat germ, raw cow's milk, molasses, enzyme preparations, etc.
Metabolites: A variety of postbiotic components including α-mannooligosaccharides, glucopolysaccharides, reducing sugars, small protein peptides, nucleotides, bacteriostatic substances, B-complex vitamins, lactic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, wheat flavonoids, composite enzymes, and more.
