Job Description
1. Responsible for the preparation and expansion of production strains;
2, responsible for product fermentation process control, data statistical analysis, able to analyze and solve common problems in the fermentation process;
3. Be responsible for the process optimization and operation process revision of fermentation project;
4, familiar with the basic microbial testing work, responsible for the quality control of fermentation products;
5. Other work arranged by leaders.
Requirements:
1. Major in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biopharmaceutical, Microbiology and other related fields, Junior College degree or above;
2, with more than three years of pharmaceutical or biological fermentation work experience, familiar with the operation of fermentation tank and equipment maintenance, with probiotic fermentation, feeding micro-ecological experience is preferred;
3. Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, work initiative, good at communication and team spirit;
